A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A TRANSFOEMER COIL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a transformer coil is provided to manufacture a long transformer which eliminates a connection point by using a mold including two tube type internal mold parts and one external mold part. CONSTITUTION: First and second conductors(2) are electrically connected to form one winding(1). An internal mold(3) with the winding is arranged on the external mold. The internal mold is supported by a cross beam(4). The space surrounded by the molds is filled with resin. The resin is hardened.
