PURPOSE: An electrical water pump is provided to increase operation performance and durability since a stator and a rotor, which electrically operate, are covered with a resin case having a waterproof function. CONSTITUTION: An electrical water pump comprises a stator(101). The stator comprises a stator core(102), an insulator(104), a coil(108), a hole sensor(112), a substrate(110), and a stator case(109). The stator core is formed by stacking of a plurality of fragments, which have magnetism. The insulator connects the fragments of the stator core. The coil protects the stator core and forms a magnetic path. The hole sensor senses the position of the rotor. The substrate controls a control signal applied to the stator according to the position of rotors(84,86,88,90). The stator case protects and seals the stator core, the insulator, the coil, the hole sensor and the substrate.
