PURPOSE: A galvanized simulator comprising a device for removing Zn ash is intended to enable the galvanized simulator to be continuously operated. CONSTITUTION: A galvanized simulator comprising a device for removing Zn ash comprises a sample charging chamber, an infrared-ray heating furnace, a gas cooler, a port assembly(150), a gate valve and an ash removing unit(200). The sample charging chamber is arranged on the upper end and controls a specimen. The infrared-ray heating furnace applies infrared ray to the specimen and performs the heat treatment of the specimen. The gas cooler performs cooling in a process of heat treatment or after plating. The port assembly accepts molten metals. The gate valve is opened only if the sample moves. The ash removing device circulates gas in the port assembly and removes Zn ash from the gas.
