PURPOSE: A hands free device having an accessory function is provided to selectively mount and exchange various decoration devices to a hands free main body and an earphone. CONSTITUTION: An earphone(20) is connected to a hands free body(10). The earphone has an insertion unit(21) and a cover unit(25). The insertion unit covers a speaker to one side. The cover unit supports the insertion unit to other side. A decoration device(40) has a button decoration(41) which is attachable to a button unit(11) in front surface of the hands free main body.
