A method for the surgical treatment of the juxtarenal aneurism of the abdominal aorta comprises aortotomy, the prosthetic replacement of the part of the abdominal aorta with the aneurism generating proximal and distal anastomoses. The proximal anastomosis is made oblique with its lower edge being inferior to the ostium of the renal artery. |
