AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR CORRECTING TORQUE WRENCH

PURPOSE: A system for automatically correcting a torque wrench is provided to reduce the factors of measuring inaccuracy by controlling torque load speed using a motor. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically correcting a torque wrench comprises a torque-wrench mount(110), a motor, a camera(140), a control unit and a display unit(160). The torque-wrench mount holds a torque wrench to correct it. The motor applies torque corresponding to a reference torque to the torque wrench. The camera takes images of the scales of the torque wrench and outputs images related to the scales as torque is applied to the torque wrench. The control unit reads the output images and outputs measured torque corresponding to the scales. The control unit compares the output measured torque with the reference torque and outputs errors. The display unit displays the error, the measured torque and the reference torque on a screen.
