PURPOSE: A dc-dc converter and an organic light emitting display device using the same are provided to use a battery having high capacity by maintaining the voltage of a first pixel power source. CONSTITUTION: In a DC-DC converter and an organic light emitting display device using the same, a pixel(100) displays an image. A data driver(200) supplies a data signal. A scan driver(300) supplies a scanning signal. A DC-DC converter(500) provides a first pixel power source and a second pixel power source. A voltage sensor unit(400) senses the voltage of a battery power source. A regulator makes low the voltage of the input power source. A controller(600) controls driving of the regulator. The power generator outputs the first pixel power source and the second pixel power source.
