<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically preparing a correction slip by inputting a reason for reissuing a reissued slip or customer data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This correction slip preparation system is provided with: an issuer terminal 3 for inputting correction slip preparation data for correcting the charge for electricity; a server 2 for preparing data for issuing the correction slip; and a fee calculation staff terminal 6 for receiving the correction slip from the server 2. The server 2 is provided with a transmission/reception means 11 for transmitting/receiving data with the issuer terminal 3 and the fee calculation staff terminal 6; a correction slip preparation data recording means 12 for recording correction slip preparation data; a customer data recording means 13 for recording the content of the use contract of electricity and charge data; a correction slip preparation means 15 for preparing the correction slip based on the data for correction slip preparation and the content of the contract and the charge data; and a control means 16 for transmitting the prepared correction slip to the fee calculation staff terminal 6.
