PURPOSE: An electrical contact material for a magnet switch and a low-voltage circuit breaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect a human body and environment and satisfy electrical characteristics and breaking. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrical contact material for a magnet switch and a low-voltage circuit breaker comprises next steps. Ag, Zn and Ti are dissolved/casted. After face cutting, a panel consisting of Ag is stacked, hot-rolled and cold-rolled. After pressing, inner oxidation and surface process are performed. The electrical contact material consists of Zn of 7~18weight%, Sn of 0.1~5weight% and Ag. |
