PURPOSE: An electrical water pump is provided to increase operation performance and durability since a stator and a rotor, which electrically operate, are covered with a resin case. CONSTITUTION: An electrical water pump comprises a rotor. The rotor comprises a core(86), permanent magnets(88), a cover(84) and a case(90). The core has a shape of hollow cylinder and is formed from a magnetic material. The core comprises a plurality of guide protrusions in a length direction. The roe has a plurality of grooves. The permanent magnets are respectively mounted on the grooves of the core. The cover is mounted on the ends of the core and the permanent magnet. The cover fixes the core to the permanent magnet. In a state the core and the permanent magnet are mounted on the cover, the case protects and additionally fixes the outer circumferential surfaces of the core and the permanent.
