PURPOSE: A composition for preparing a non-slip sheet is provided to enable construction without the application of adhesive/tackifier to a space in which a dual floor material is installed and to minimize slip phenomenon, lifting, or cracking of products. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preparing a non-slip sheet comprises: 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin with a polymerization degree of 800-1500; and 20-60 parts by weight of a polymer alloy of an ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide terpolymer as an active ingredient. The composition further includes, based on 100 parts by weight of the PVC resin, 10-40 parts by weight of plasticizer, 2-15 parts by weight of stabilizer, 2-10 parts by weight of processing aid, 1-5 parts by weight of lubricant and 1-10 parts by weight of rosin.
