An installation for barothermal treatment of food raw material, on upper part of an airtight body of which a rotor of aerodynamic recirculation heater is mounted with an external mechanical drive of rotary action, in discharge channels of which throttle control gates are mounted, and in the suction channel - rotary control louvers. The internal cavity of airtight body through a check valve is connected to a system of pumping compressed air from an air-powered drive, on the branches to which a test-pressure gage and a safety valve are installed and which, through a pressure reducing valve, is installed on the air-powered drive, connected to a pneumatic receiver and a compressor. The upper part of airtight body through a valve is connected to a discharge device into the atmosphere. The lower part through a system of piping and valves is connected to the drain and cold water supply pipe and a standby tank for cold water, as well as to a tank for collecting and supplying hot water. Between the standby tank for cold water and tank for collecting and supplying hot water a pump is installed. |
