PURPOSE: A tension clamp is provided to prevent the damage to the outer surface of a cable or the cutting of the cable if the cable, such as an electric wire, is fixed by the applying of tensile force. CONSTITUTION: A tension clamp comprises a cable fixing unit(501), a pipe unit(502) and a grip unit(503). The cable fixing unit fixes a cable with tensile force. One end of the pipe unit is coupled to the cable fixing unit and the grip unit is coupled to the other end of the pipe unit. An elastic body(550) for fixing a cable with the grip unit is installed in the pipe unit. The grip unit is movably mounted and fixes the cable with a grip coupling unit, which consists of grips making tight contact by elastic force applied by the elastic body.
