PURPOSE: A pre-heater for a vehicle is provided to easily assemble an upper housing in a lower housing by detachably coupling an elastic member to the side wall of the upper housing. CONSTITUTION: A pre-heater for a vehicle comprises an upper housing(110), a lower housing(120), and a heating unit(140). Ventilation holes(111,121) are formed in the upper and lower housings. The heating unit is arranged between the upper and lower housings. Side walls(112) for accepting the heating unit are formed in both sides of the upper housing. Elastic units for pressing the heating unit are detachably installed in the side walls. Each elastic unit is composed of a groove unit and an elastic member. The elastic member is detachably coupled to the groove unit and presses the heating unit.
