CLEANING STRUCTURE FOR NANO DISPERSER AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cleaning structure and a cleaning method for ultra high pressure nano disperser are provided to enable the work without the damage of parts and to shorten cleaning processes. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning structure for ultra high pressure nano disperser includes a raw material line(L10) in which the raw material flows in thereinside in a high pressure state; a high pressure pump(100) included in the front end of the raw material line; and an interaction chamber(200) included in the back end of the high pressure pump. The ultra high pressure disperser includes a bypass line in which one end is communicated with the front end of an interaction chamber and the other end is communicated with the back end of the interaction chamber; a bypass valve which opens and closes the bypass line; an inlet valve which opens and closes the raw material line; and an outlet valve which opens and closes the raw material line.
