PURPOSE: A noise reducing device of a portable terminal is provided to induce a noise induced to slide hinge through a flexible substrate to an electric closed loop. CONSTITUTION: A main circuit board(10) is installed inside a main body(1). A display unit(50) is installed in a slide part(2). A slide hinge(20) slides the slide part. A FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(30) and a noise reducing unit(40) are fixed to the main circuit board and the slide hinge. The noise reducing device is separated inside a direction which the FPCB is bent. The noise reducing device is installed between the main circuit substrate and the slide hinge.
