PURPOSE: A vibrational separator for sorting recycled products is provided to easily separate and sort recycled products by irregularly transferring vibration to the recycled products. CONSTITUTION: A vibrational separator(10) for sorting recycled products comprises a frame(110), first and second shafts, a motor(140), an eccentric link unit, a rotating link, one or more filtering bars(170), and blowers(180). The first and second shafts are rotatably installed in the frame. The motor is connected to the first shaft or the second shaft and supplies torque to the links. The eccentric link unit and the rotating link receive the torque from the motor and are connected to the bottom ends of the filtering bars. The filtering bars are elevated and horizontally moved by the eccentric link unit and the rotating link. The blowers rearward scatter light recycled products using the vibration of the filtering bars and transfer heavy recycled products to the front. |
