<p>The vacuum gripper has a suction plate with a lid (18) and a suction bottom (22), where the suction plate defines a suction chamber, and the lid or the suction bottom is fastened at a gripper support and turned towards a work piece to be gripped by suction. The lid and the suction bottom engage with one another in a form-fit manner at a side and have connection units pushed into one another.
