PURPOSE: An instant messenger server and health care system using the same are provided to display the health state of a user to a user terminal or a service provider terminal in an emoticon type according to the analysis result of biometric data. CONSTITUTION: A biometric data analyzer(420) receives biometric data of a user. The biometric data analyzer analyzes biometric data according to personal properties. A presence manager(440) offers emoticon information corresponding to the health condition of a user. The biometric data analyzer determines an analysis priority of biometric data according to personal properties. The biometric data analyzer analyzes biometric data according to the analysis priority.
