PURPOSE: An electronic prescription authentication processing system is provided to store a prescription applet in a smart card and to easily process the authentication of an electronic prescription. CONSTITUTION: A smart card(100) stores authentication key information of an electronic prescription. The smart card stores a prescription applet which supplies an authentication key of the electronic prescription according to an authentication request. A pharmacist computer(200) transmits authentication information which is accessed by the prescription applet to an authentication server(400). The pharmacist computer supplies electronic prescription to a pharmacist.
