PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device for a structure which uses a conductive sealing material is provided to select one of two structures according to a manufacturing facility of a liquid crystal display device including a conductive ball and a short point. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate faces with a second substrate. A common voltage line(125b) transfers a common voltage(Vcom) while locating on the first substrate. A first insulation layer locates on the common voltage line. The common electrode is formed in the second substrate anterior surface. The first conductive ball electrically interlinks the common electrode and the common voltage line while locating between the first substrate and the second substrate. A sealing material(310) combines the first substrate and the second substrate.
