PURPOSE: An order process system for ship building is provided to reduce the work of a design department and to simply order large-scale surplus steel and replacement work by automatically replacing surplus steel when purchasing steel. CONSTITUTION: A database management module(30) selectively stores standard replacing target information, surplus steel information, and replacing result information in each database of a database block(20). The database management module selectively refers to information from each database of the database block. An order and replacement server(40) controls the database management module according to the request of a client. The order and replacement server performs an order and replacement process.
