PURPOSE: A charge recycling memory system and a method of recycling thereof are provided to reduce the power consumption of a memory system by restoring discharged charges and recycling them. CONSTITUTION: In a charge recycling memory system and a method of recycling thereof, a memory system comprises non-volatile memory devices(300,400,500,600). Charge restoring units(800,900) charge and discharge charges. A controller(100) controls the non-volatile memory device and the charge restoring unit. The non-volatile memory device discharges electric charges. The electric charge restoring unit charges the discharged electric charges.
