PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the parched mud flat salt is provided to obtain whitening effect and to improve the content of mineral compared with the parched salt produced by a loess jar. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the parched mud flat salt comprises the steps of preparing the deep tidal flat of 1m from the surface soil of clean area or deeper; filtering it with 80~100 mesh; aging it at 25~30°C for 12 hours; mixing the aged tidal flat 60~70 parts by weight, general deposited clay 20~30 parts by weight, agalmatolite 15~20 parts by weight, and oyster shell 3~5 parts by weight, and molding a tidal-flat jar by using the mixture; heating it with a hot wind of 80~100°C and cooling it at 0°C for 12 hours; calcining it at 700°C in a kiln for 5~6 hours; putting bay salt in the tidal-flat jar drawn from the kiln, covering it, loading in the kiln and secondly calcining at 790°C for 7~8 hours; collecting salt from the tidal-flat jar; and vacuum packing it. |
