PURPOSE: A wheelchair having a heating pad using a flexible heating unit is provided to improve protection against coldness by adding the heat of a heating pad to the heat of the wheelchair. CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair having a heating pad using a flexible heating unit comprises a wheelchair(10), a bag, a heating pad(30), and a controller(20). The wheelchair comprises wheels(16) and a frame(15). The bag keeps the controller exposed to the outside. The heating pad is connected to the controller. The heating pad is formed in one or more portions among a back sheet(17), a seat sheet(17'), and a side sheet(17"). The controller comprises a time setting unit, a temperature setting unit, a central processing unit, and a rechargeable power supply unit(26). The central processing unit supplies power to the heating pad based on the set temperature and intermittent time.
