PURPOSE: A flow-controllable engine mount is provided to enhance NVH performance on the vibration and noise of various frequencies since vibration can be damped by the control of the flow rate of fluid through an insulator from a louver and an orifice on a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A flow-controllable engine mount(100) comprises a housing(10), a louver(20), an upper liquid chamber(30) and a lower liquid chamber(40). One or more insulators(21), which are extended toward the upper liquid chamber, are formed on the lower part of the louver, which makes contact with the upper liquid chamber. A nozzle(50), on which one or more orifices for the insulators are formed, are located on the interface of the upper and lower liquid chambers. The end of the insulator has a relatively wide diameter. The louver and the nozzle are integrally formed. Three insulators are formed on the louver. Three orifices(51) are formed on the nozzle. One of the insulators is relatively shorter than the others.
