PURPOSE: A vehicle black box device is provided to prevent the starting failure of a vehicle, after a black box has turned on for a long time, by supplying the electricity generated by solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle black box device comprises a solar cell part(2) and a charge part(3). The solar cell part is combined in the housing of a black box(1). The solar cell part is behind a front license plate. The solar cell part is combined with a sunlight refracting feed member in order to refract light to the outside of the license plate. The charging part is detachably attached to the solar cell part or built in the black box. The charge part moves each slot of the solar cell part to be combined with the black box. The slots, for detachably attaching the charge part, are formed on the black box and solar cell part.
