发明名称 SYSTEM FOR MEASURING LANCE USING IMPACT ECHO METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: A system for measuring the length of lance through an impact echo method is provided to enable the length of lance to be immediately checked during operation without having effect on a smelting process since forcible impact is applied to lance used for a dry smelting process and the vibration of the lance due to the stress wave is measured to measure the length of the lance. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the length of lance through an impact echo method comprises an oscillator(10), a seismoscopic unit(20), a signal analyzing unit(40), and a length measuring unit. The oscillator applies vibration to lance. The seismoscopic unit is attached to the side of the lance and measures the longitudinal vibration of the lance, which is applied by the oscillator. The signal analyzing unit converts the time domain signal of the vibration measured by the seismoscopic unit to a frequency domain signal. The length measuring unit receives the frequency domain signal for the vibration from the signal analyzing unit and detects resonant frequency through the analyzing of the frequency domain signal.
