PURPOSE: A matching-on-card which bio information detecting device is detachable and a user authentication method using the same are provided to certificates a change of a authentication method of a system by using a match-on-card and sensor-on-card mode with one smart card. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(150) includes an I/O interface transmitting and receiving bio-information detecting device and data and connection sensor unit sensing an attachment of bio-information detecting device by being connected to the bio-information detecting device. A memory(110) stores bio-information and bio-information authentication algorithm of a user. A control unit(130) transmits a bio information request signal according to a sensing result to an external side through the I/O interface or a wireless communication unit(120).
