ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to increase a lifetime by increasing the diffusion width of exciton and the stability of a device interface. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(119) is located on a substrate. An organic light emitting layer is located on a first electrode. A second electrode(122) is located on the organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting layer includes a common layer including a hole transport layer and a light emitting layer(121c). The light emitting layer is located between common layers and is comprised of one host and one dopant. The HOMO(Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) level of the host is 0.4 - 0.6 eV higher than the HOMO level of the hole transport layer. The HOMO level of the dopant is 0.03 - 0.15 eV lower than the HOMO level of the host.
