PURPOSE: A surgical apparatus for loading stent graft is provided to simultaneously insert two stents in an artery and a side-branch vessel. CONSTITUTION: A surgical apparatus for loading stent graft comprises: a handle(14) which is connected to the back end of a moving tube; a guide tube which moves back and forth along the moving tube; a cylindrical stent; and a side branch-moving tube(33) which is connected with an insertion tube.
