PURPOSE: A sludge discharging apparatus for a settling pond is provided to improve the accuracy of a sludge discharging process by moving piled sludge to the entrance of a sludge discharging hole. CONSTITUTION: A sludge discharging apparatus for a settling pond includes a sludge moving unit(100) and a sludge guiding unit(200). The sludge moving unit moves sludge to the direction of a discharging hole. The sludge guiding unit guides the sludge to be discharged through the discharging hole. The sludge guiding unit includes a rotation guiding plate(210) and a rotating unit(220). The rotation guiding unit is axial-rotatably installed at the vertical upper side of the discharging hole. The rotating unit rotates the rotation guiding plate.
