摘要 PURPOSE: A hot water generating device using a carbon heater is provided to minimize heat loss due to heat dissipation by improving heat-insulating performance by heat dissipation blocking member. CONSTITUTION: A hot water generating device using a carbon heater comprises a carbon heater, a heat exchange pipe(20), and a heat dissipation blocking member(30). The carbon heater comprises a porous basalt fiber(11), a clamp(12), a conductive wire(13), a conductive plate(14), a leading wire(15), and a quartz tube(16). A large amount of carbon nano-particles are uniformly attached to a fibrous tissue so a porous basalt fiber is made. The clamp connects to both ends of the porous basalt fiber in a current-applicable state. The conductive wire is welded with one end of each clamp. The both ends of the quartz tube are fused, and the inside of the quartz tube is vacuum-exhausted. The heat exchange pipe is heated by the carbon heater so hot water is produced. The heat exchange pipe is consecutively formed throughout the entire outer cylindrical surface of the carbon heater. The heat dissipation blocking member blocks the penetration of the infrared ray created from a carbon heater.
