PURPOSE: An anti-static polarizing plate including a carbon nano tube and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to remove static electricity by forming an anti-static coating layer including the carbon nano tube with high chemical stability, electric conductivity, and light transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube is formed on one side of a polarizing plate and includes a carbon nano tube which rectifies carbon impurities by thermal treatment. The coating composition is made of polyacrylic acid resin of 0.01 to 5 weight, a thermally treated carbon nano tube of 0.01 to 1 weight, and sodium dodecylsulfonate or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate of 0.01 to 1 weight.
