PURPOSE: A street lamp having a solar battery is provided to prevent the deformation of a street lamp pole by simultaneously supporting the internal surface and the external surface of a street lamp pole. CONSTITUTION: A lamp and a solar cell plate are installed at a street lamp pole(10), and the street lamp pole is fixed to a frame. A cabinet(30) receives a control box, and an inspection hole is formed at the one side of the cabinet. An inspection door(40) is installed at an inspection hole of the cabinet. A frame includes a beam, a pair of posts(23), and at least one cross beam. The pair of posts are coupled to the both ends of the base.
