The present invention relates to functionalized diene rubbers and to the manufacture thereof, to rubber mixtures containing said functionalized diene rubbers and to the use thereof for producing vulcanized rubber precursors used for the production of high-strength rubber molded members in particular. What is especially preferred is the use in the manufacture of tires that exhibit an especially low rolling resistance, an especially high wet slipping resistance and high wear resistance.
