PURPOSE: A switching and breaking part used in a switch and a breaker and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to restrict the electricity leakage by increasing the adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) comprises a circuit terminal, a ground terminal, and an epoxy molded external circumference. A silicone cover(20) is inserted into the main body. A vacuum interrupter assembly(30) is fixed and coupled with the circuit terminal. A vacuum interrupter(32) comprises the fixed contact point and a movable contact point. A clamping bolt(33) increases the adhesive power between the vacuum interrupter and the silicone cover. One end of an insulation rod is connected to the movable contact.
