PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a single step bio-chip is provided to prevent non-specific adsorption. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bio-chip comprises: a step of preparing an active surface on which a chemically functional group is exposed to a solid substrate; a step of preparing an adsorption suppression layer by covalent bond of a high molecular or low molecular material on the surface of the solid substrate; a step of performing a micro/nanospotting of a composition containing a target biomolecule and a compound which is able to cleave the covalent bond; and a step of fixing the target biomolecule to the exposed actively functaionly group.
