PURPOSE: A method for processing gloss remaining of fiber fabric is provided to maintain glow of fabric and to improve elasticity and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing gloss remaining of fiber fabric comprises: a step of fishing dyeing and performing calendar process; a step of continuously moving prepared fabric and passing the fabric through a roller; a step of quickly rotating a friction roller which contact with the fabric surface more rapidly than transport speed and resin roller; a step of heating with the friction roller at 180-205°C and pressing the fabric with the friction roller; a step of repeating calendar process three or four times; a step of washing the fabric and reducing a part of the fabric; and a step of passing the fabric through a narrow path. |
