PURPOSE: A method and the germinated grains of adlay thereof are provided to enable that all kinds of the nutrient components according to the sprouting and enzymes are activated and the health functionality material is formed. CONSTITUTION: A germination method include next steps. For two 2 days, in the water supplying state of a spray pattern, a cleaning process is executed. First time, the germination temperature at 30±3°C is maintained for 24 hours. It is germinated while maintaining the germination temperature at 25±3°C for 48 hours after 24 hours passes. A sprouting process is executed during first day for 3 hours. Next days, feeding the water is executed according to a four-hour interval. |
