<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner having a function of exhaust heat recovery is provided to vary a ventilation form according to the outdoor air state using a flow path varying structure. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner having a function of exhaust heat recovery comprises a housing(100), an exhaust fan(200), an air supply fan(300), a ventilation unit(RA), an exhaust unit(EA), an outdoor air unit(OA), a filter unit(400), an air supply unit(SA), and a rotary heat exchange unit(500). An outdoor air portion guides outdoor air to a housing with suction pressure of the air supply fan. A bypass channel is formed between the exhaust unit and the outdoor air portion. The bypass channel bypasses exhaust air and outdoor air in order to discharge outdoor air without passing through the rotary type heat exchanger. An exhaust unit bypass damper(610) and an outdoor air portion bypass damper(620) are installed in the bypass channel.</p> |
