PURPOSE: An X-ray examination apparatus and an X-ray examination method using a digital director are provided to stably supply high-pressure by minimizing the length of a high-pressure cable used for supplying power to an X-ray tube. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray examination apparatus using a digital director comprises an x-ray radiation unit, an x-ray detection unit, and a support unit. The x-ray radiation unit radiates x-rays to a metal tube(210). The x-ray detection unit detects the x-rays penetrated to the inside the metal tube. The support unit supports the x-ray detection unit inside the metal tube and moves the position of the x-ray detection unit to the examination position of the metal tube. |
