PURPOSE: A method for predicting new and renewable energy producing quantity based on specific point weather prediction and system thereof are provided to plan and generate electrical energy based on a weather condition, thereby increasing the accuracy and reliability of information for predicting electrical energy quantity. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring system(10) collects weather data and electrical energy producing data of an electrical energy complex. A main server(20) constructs a real time weather prediction module and an electrical quantity predicting model. The real time weather prediction module is made of a physical model for mid-term weather prediction and a statistic model for short-term weather prediction. A visualization system(30) displays electrical energy quantity prediction data and real time monitoring data received from the monitoring system and the main server. |
