It is cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Dandelion roots are roasted and milled. Barley and rye grains are fried. Dandelion roots, barley and rye grains are mixed. Obtained mixture is extracted with drinking water at preset process parametres. The produced extract is filtered. Syrup is cooked out of it. Blackcurrant compote and syrup are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: method allows reducing boiled fruits content in the finished product and extending its storage life. ^ 1 tbl
