FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making seamless porous tubular membrane from monofilament yarn, impregnating it with paste and adjusting membrane ID and OD. Impregnation device comprises extruding nozzle and orifice to adjust membrane ID and OD. Tubular polymer membrane comprises tubular substrate and membrane substance. Tubular substrate is made from monofilament yarn and features sufficiently exposed structure (orifices over 0.1 mm). Hooking and/or engaging parts of said yarn may be jointed prior to impregnating substrate with membrane paste. Substrate may comprises loops of monofilament yarn, also jointed together. ^ EFFECT: reinforced tubular polymer membrane with higher mechanical properties and stability in re-rinsing. ^ 22 cl, 16 dwg |
