FIELD: fire-fighting means. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of fire-fighting equipment, namely, to vapour-gas disperse compositions and can be applied in modules of gas-powder extinguishing in case of separate equipment: liquid component or components are in one balloon and powder component - in another balloon, in application both parts are autonomously mixed either in powder balloon or in sprayer. Fire-extinguishing composition includes liquid flegmatiser and powder inhibitor, as liquid flegmatiser and reagent taken is water 8-38% ammonia or its mixture with anti-freeze in ratio: (50-95): (50-5), and as inhibitor, taken is phosphorus pentoxide with the following ratio (wt %): 8-38% water ammonia or its mixture with anti-freeze - 25-75; phosphorus pentoxide - the remaining part.
