FIELD: physics, communications. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile stand-alone facilities. The stand-alone device for conducting negotiations and operations has a bearing frame on which movable frames are mounted. The device is fitted with a workstation which has a desktop with a computer, mounted inside the bearing frame. The movable frames are transverse and convex and are hinged to the bearing frame on different sides with possibility of turning in the vertical plane by way of rollers mounted on the lower sides of the bearing and movable frames.
