PURPOSE: A device for heating and treating metal material is provided to enable the uniform heat treatment on the surface of a metal material since a circular metal material passes through a guide heater. CONSTITUTION: A device for heating and treating metal material comprises a pair of a vertical frame and a horizontal frame. A rotating unit(20) is included in the vertical frame and the horizontal frame. The rotating unit horizontally moves metal materials. The rotating unit comprises a lower roller and an upper roller. The lower roller transfers the metal material in a horizontal direction. The lower roller is combined with the shaft. The shaft passes through a pair of vertical frames. The upper roller compresses the metal material which moves horizontally and guides the movement of the metal material.
