FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrophotographic apparatus for forming an image includes a working cartridge which is fitted on an extensible tray (35) for the cartridge in order to provide access from the front side. The electrophotographic device for forming an image also includes a pushing unit for pushing the tray from the pushed in position towards the pulled out position, a regulating unit for regulating movement of the tray towards the pulled out position when the tray is in the pushed in position; and an unhooking unit for cancelling regulation of movement of the tray by the regulating unit under the effect of a manual control unit into the position in which the tray is in the pushed in position. The tray moves towards the pulled out position using the pushing unit when regulation with the regulating unit has been cancelled. ^ EFFECT: easier use of the design with possibility of replacing the cartridge. ^ 37 cl, 31 dwg |
