FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: roller chain consists of plates, bushings, rollers and cylinders. Internal surface of the bushing is eccentric relative to its external surface. The bushing is installed in orifices of internal plates so, that due to eccentricity a thicker section of its wall is positioned in a zone of its wear with the cylinder. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of chains in gears and conveyers. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
